Iron Developments was founded in the late 1990's by four partners and friends; Kyle Aitkens, Spencer Gordon, Matthew Marentic, and Peter Pan. The four of them have been working in the construction industry since before they graduated high school, and all met during their time at George Brown College when completing their Construction Management degrees. Their individual knowledge, skills, and passion led them to start their own company and allowed them to compete in and acquire a vast number of projects. Iron Developments background specializes in ICI projects, condominium building, smaller residential projects, sports facilities, and more.
